The shown age is misleading: 0-1 is shown as 1, 1-2 as 2, 2-3 as 3, 3-4 as 4. When I share things my 3 year old says, they show up as 4 year old.

You can now set the birth month also optionally, so the age will show up more accurately next to the quotes. Available in versions 1.4.x
